Water, potatoes, carrots, fish 24% (salmon fillet, pikeperch fillet, pike fillet), onions, rapeseed oil, greens 0.8% (dill, parsley), salt, spices.
Ready to use rapidly frozen food: Heat before use. Preparation: Remove the lid, place dish inside a microwave oven and heat for 10 minutes. When heating in a pot on the cooker: heat for 10 min (on low heat). Store at -18°C. No prior thawing is required. If the product is not eaten after reheating, then put in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours, do not freeze again!
