Water, potatoes, leeks, spinach (13%), rapeseed oil, sour cream, parsley, white wine (containing sulfur dioxide), garlic, salt, spices.
Ready to use rapidly frozen food: Heat before use. Preparation: Remove the lid, place dish inside a microwave oven and heat for 10 minutes. When heating in a pot on the cooker: heat for 10 min (on low heat). Store at -18°C. No prior thawing is required. If the product is not eaten after reheating, then put in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours, do not freeze again!

Spinach cutlets 53% (spinach leaves, couscous (wheat), walnuts, parsley leaves) kale puree 23.5% (kale, onion, butter, salt, allspice), carrot puree 23.5% (carrots, onions, butter, salt, allspice) , rapeseed oil, bay leaves. May contain soy particles.
Ready to use rapidly frozen food: Heat before use. Preparation: Remove film from the dish, place inside a microwave oven and heat for 10 min (600 kW). When heating in an oven/convection oven, heat for 7 min (180°C). Store at temperature -18°C. Defrosting is not required. If the product is not consumed after heating, place in refrigerator and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze!
